Booking Your exclusive bridal appointment
We currently have no fees for appointments. Every bride who comes to us is a VIP and we will offer the same fabulous level of service to every single bride who walks through our beautiful little door! We don’t believe in one fee for one bride and a different fee for another. Everyone to us is top tier! However, due to a significant rise of no-shows and last minute cancellations, we now operate a cancellation and no-show fee of £30 if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment date (ie if your appointment is on a Saturday, you can cancel up until Tuesday wihout a fee). This will also apply should you change the date of your appointment within 72 hours of your appointment date. This is non-negotiable.

CHILD POLICY
As much as we love little ones, we would also love our team the chance to offer you a carefree appointment. Therefore, in all circumstances we politely request that babies (inlcuding newborns) and children under the age of 8 years are looked after at home during your appointment. If you or a member of your tribe are unable to arrange care on the day of your appointment, please contact us directly at team@lushcurve.com so that we can help re-arrange your appointment to suit your needs. Many thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
As we are only open by pre-booked appoitntment the only way we are able to accept cancellations are via email or by cancelling via the link you will receive 6 days before your appointment (although you’ll hopefully give us as much notice as possible!) You can cancel without charge if you cancel more than 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel thereafter, you will be charged.
We are unable to accept ‘leaving an answerphone message’ as a cancellation.
CANCELLATION DUE TO SICKNESS
We are unable to accept ‘cancellation due to sickness’ as a reason and should you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, you will still be charged. However, if you rebook and attend a new appointment within 4 weeks of cancelling, we will refund the charge.
